Chanting

There are 84 pressure points in our mouth, when we chant in Sanskrit we activate those pressure points. By activating these pressure points, the Yogis believe we can re-calibrate our brain and harmonise the human body. 

Yoga itself is not a religion, however it was developed and originated from India where Hinduism is the majority region. Therefore some of the chants may have reference to God, but you can see these reference as pure positive characteristics or  the God you choose to believe in. Some of you might refer this as a high consciousness of yourself.

To that beautiful and benevolent Guru who is Brahma
